At LabHockey , we pride ourselves on offering high-performance hockey sticks designed to meet the needs of serious players. However, it is possible for a stick to break due to heavy use.

✅ Partial Guarantee – 50% discount

We offer a partial guarantee under certain conditions to ensure your satisfaction.

Eligibility requirements:

  • The breakage occurred within 30 days of purchase

  • The breakage occurred during normal use

  • Customer provides clear photos of the breakage and the serial number on the back of the stick

  • Proof of purchase is available

What we offer:

  • A 50% discount on a new stick (equivalent model)

  • Valid only once per stick

  • The discount is provided in the form of a unique promotional code that can be used online or in-store.

❌ What the warranty does not cover

  • Breakage after 30 days from the date of purchase

  • Damage caused by misuse or impact not related to play (e.g. bench, wall, trapdoor, etc.)
